1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us at: support@sandpawsuk.com

Once your cancellation is accepted, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

2. Our 30-Day Returns Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days from receiving your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
